• If you are the President of your Students’ Union you may propose motions using the form below.
• You must fill in all the contact information requested of you for your motion to be reviewed by members of the Steering Committee.
• If you have been asked by USI Steering Committee to revise your motion, you will be able to edit them here.
• If you are a member of USI Steering Committee, you may select and review motions here.
• If Steering Committee requires changes to a motion they consider unconstitutional, they will contact you and give you a new deadline for submission of an amended motion.
• If Steering Committee determines that a motion is irredeemably unconstitutional, they will reject the motion and you will be informed.
