On this page, the President of a Students’ Union may submit their priority ballot for the Lapsing Policy to be debated at USI Comhdháil 2023.

USI Policy has a life of three years.  When three years elapses, it is struck off the policy and mandates file by default on the last day of USI Comhdháil.

This process allows each Member Organisation to seek to prioritise the lapsing policies to be retained on the policy and mandates file.

Note that no amendments can be made to the individual policies here, except that parts may be removed with the consent of Congress during any debate.

Policies receiving no prioritisation votes will not appear on the Congress Clár and will not be debated at USI Congress.

Here are the policies to be prioritised

You may cast up to 10 votes. If you cast more than 10 votes none of your votes will count.  The deadline for submission of this data is 5pm on Thursday 16 March 2023 .
